Really enjoy you and your videos Lauren and have been watching you for years and years, but I too agree that promoting this kind of mindless consumerism and fast fashion isn't the best. I would be super stoked to see you promote more thrift finds and sustainable companies but obviously do whatever makes you happy ❤

Lauren, if you order 0XL or 1XL in the Shein CURVE range, they are the equivalent of a 16 or 18, but they're cut differently to the standard 16 or 18. In the CURVE range they cut the fabric with more room around the bust and belly area. I can't fit a standard 16 from Shein, but I can fit a 0XL or 1XL. As someone else mentioned, it's best to get a tape measure and measure your bust, waist and hips and then use Shein measurements as a guideline so you know you're getting the right size. It's demoralising to open things that you think are the 'correct' size and they look like doll's clothes! So try the CURVE range, they are much better. Can't wait for the try on..... don't feel pressurised to show anything that makes you feel crap about yourself, though. Just follow the tips above and your next Shein haul will fit perfectly. It's them, not you! X

I think you’re great Lauren, but I can’t get behind this company. As mentioned below it’s fast fashion, bad for the environment, bad for the people working in those conditions who appently get 1 day off per month working about 18 hours per day, paid 2p per item and have to make a minimum of 500 a day just to get paid ☹️ I wasn’t aware myself until recently Chan 4 did a doc about it which opened my eyes. 10 to 16 mins in and 21 to 24 mins in if you don’t want to sit though it all.

The thing is, it's the same with Zara, HM, MS, CA, Primark etc. :( But I'm quite sad to see this too, more to it as the sizing wasn't right. Everybody knows this is manufactured in China etc. so the sizing is completely different and one needs to check specific sizing tables and reviews with real pics Guess Shein L is more like 10/12 in the UK. I'm still resisting ordering from Temu/Shein even though I'm much more plus size than Lauren so my choices are very limited. Still love Lauren to bits, just hate seeing her dissapointed. Hope she will make other kinds of videos too as she's great.

Great haul!. Lots of cute clothes. One suggestion: when you order from Shein order by your measurements instead of the size. Sizes vary depending on the style. Please Don't take the sizing literally. I have a range between 3 different sizes, and they all fit because I've ordered using measurements. The bust and waist are the best measurements you can use for ordering.
