For those who don't know the "bolillo salado" the bread use in the torta ahogada, It has a "origin denomination" that means can't be replicated in the whole world, the city's around of Guadalajara its complicated to find a well done "Bolillo Salado". It's has a harder exterior and the inside has a sour flavor.

wow, that was a great treat, i love your last video, the cemitas were amazing, seeing eddie there sharing the same, Trevor you have to go to Michoacan, if you like the carnitas in mexico city, try the ones from Quiroga, once you're there try the Corundas and the pescado blanco in Patzcuaro and since you're already there go for the Enchiladas they're amazing. keep it up, can't wait for more.
