I love what you said about never having a pinterest looking pantry. I feel the same way about my whole house. My house will never be pinterest worthy because it is lived in, because I have a toddler, and I cook and use everything I have. As long as you're clean and store things practically and efficiently, that is all that matters!

Christine you are a genius. I have never thought of holding my tablecloth on with bulldog clips. We have a dog that insists on jumping on the table when no one is home 🤦🏼‍♀️ so at least we can keep it on the table 😁

I made bagels for the first time EVER today! Used a sourdough starter recipe on pinterest! Thru it all in our $10 fb marketplace bread maker on dough cycle!!! Sooooo easy!!! And the kids LOVED them! Guess I'll be making them again!

I got an awesome deal at our military base on chicken. It was .47-.50 per package(5-6 pieces of chicken). I got all of the available packs for me and hubby and my bestie and her hubby.

Happy Halloween! I really appreciate how transparent you are about everything; my grandma lived in a really remote town that really only had Walmart as an option for home decor stuff too. You make do with what you've got, and I love the bicycle decor piece you grabbed! Also, very excited for the next few pantry organization videos!!

The white utensil holder does look nicer with the new kitchen, but my kitchen has all red accents. The white vase is a little big for the corner shelf and you wouldn't be able to put all the little things and glasses in there. Love watching you shop and the great deals you get.

We live in Libby, Montana. What you are describing at the end of your video is what we call our "wilderness tax". It's when you live in paradise, but the nearest good shopping is 90 miles away! We feel your pain in Pocatello.

You uploaded this video just in time. I watched it while I was getting ready to go to Walmart yesterday and picked up some of the Ibotta goodies. I got $19.22 back and loads of yoghurts and veggie burgers/patties which my hungover post-Halloween self is now really grateful for haha.

Happy Halloween 🎃👻!! I'm most excited about the upcoming video with you & your brother!! The last one was a riot 😂. I don't know why people are so invested in your pantry/decor. It's YOUR kitchen!! I don't even feel right sharing an idea unless someone specifically asks for in their video. Just like your red utensil holder. I noticed it immediately & thought white would look better but who am I to start saying anything? Idk, that's just me though. They do make some nice large rotating utensil holders on Amazon if you find you don't like that one. I like being able to spin mine around to look for/grab what I need. Hard to believe we're on the last day of October!! Time to roll those clocks back & get ready for the holiday madness to begin.

Same!!! I literally bought a Cosori air fryer because of these videos and I've made a ton of veggies in it and also made a whole spaghetti squash!!! I love spaghetti squash but rarely ever bought it because it was so ridiculous to cut and then took forever in the oven. This method is so easy!!! ❤️

Excellent choice on the tablecloth - I have seasonal decorations, really keeps the home cozy. Oh those corner open shelves - can become so junky with "stuff' to hold. I took out a set of shelves in one of my homes years ago.

I live in rural Illinois and its either drive 20 minutes to Walmart one way or 30 minutes to Super Walmart the opposite way. I find myself hunting online for decor more than anything now. Or secondhand stores...I love thrifting!

I love my drying mat so much, I purchased another one! I also purchased a metal pan rack to dry my cutting boards, lids, pizza stone, and other flat things that don't fit in the dishwasher. It's an awesome space saver!

Love your videos! Here in Australia we don't have ibotta or fetch rewards. I've been shopping the half price groceries for online deliveries. Then ducking into shop once a f/n to shop clearance meat for freezer... This fortnight I saved a massive $240 (Aud). Freezer is packed and my pantry is stocked. I have never saved that much before so thank you for your videos they keep me motivated to only shop frugally ❤️ps I even reorganised my freezer and found 27 frozen bananas and filled up a 7L tub with bread crusts from about 100 bags with a crust in. The kids will start a new loaf and leave the crusts!

We recently went to visit my daughter who is going to school in Logan, Utah. While there we drove up to Yellowstone and planned to grab a hotel room on the way home. Little did we realize that there was like nothing out there once you got out of town! Ended up driving all the way back to her apartment 4 hours away! Great day but a long round trip drive! Your area is definitely not like our area in NC. Love the new kitchen updates and spending time with you today!

I feel the exact same way. Sometimes what I want feels like it doesn’t exist. I do try to buy specific things to be delivered, if I can get free delivery and some items are worth a splurge. I got my daughter this great keepsake box for her closet from Michael’s and had it delivered, bc hers is too far to drive to, also.

You should make your own butter. It’s super easy!!!! And super fun todo plus you get butter and buttermilk from making your own so you can use the buttermilk for pancakes. Also it’s cheeper than buying butter

We finally received our new refrigerator last Saturday! It is so nice and is slightly deeper. Extra container on door that I can now keep my cheeses in so I can retire my meatloaf and bread pans that I used to keep shredded cheese in 😀. Looking good and have a wonderful week.

Christine I love your pantry. My pantry is a bookshelf, a storage shelf, and a microwave stand lol I bake and cook so much for my family of 8, so I totally understand and get that our pantries will not be beautiful. I say as long as it's organized and it makes sense to you, then go for it.

I’ve recently downloaded the coupons app, which is a cash back app now, too! It’s not as awesome as Ibotta, but they seem to have some of the same products pretty often, so you can save even more!

Suggestion: look around to see what you already have for your cubby shelf...think outside of the box. Recycle, reuse, reduce.

You mentioned using your appliances several times a day, how about you install an electric outlet in the pantry or have it somewhere stationary where you keep it put in an assigned place where you don't have to move them and keep it in a pretty place

I'm trying to shift my shopping to walmart this season because the Chase Freedom card I use has rotating cash back offers. This quarter our 5% is at Walmart, which is a very good deal. It's usually something I don't use much, like all gas stations (I drive a prius and minimally at that) or department stores or movie theaters, so this is nice.
