Ok, so another upgrade on the 583 loader :)
This time finding space to put in a bigger battery, and putting it in another location.

Thanks mate, its worth doing to make everything a lot easier, can change a battery in seconds lol Just watch out for the battery, you'll need a LiPo thats got rounded sides like a NiMh style and not a square edged one ... maybe a caseless one , but check the space youve got

Did you think about cutting the weight bars so they can fit in the original battery box? It will add weight low and out back

i was speaking to someone who did that , i did get 3kg of wheel weights , so might fill any space that is free :)

Hey mate your camera has some issues. Little squares are apperaring at different parts of the screen.

i think my editing software sometimes has issues when exporting. But thanks for letting me know. i had a quick check before releasing the vid , but must have missed it :(

Does the battery give the machine any more power? Or just longer run time. I would like to change my battery to the top. I changed my weights to something slightly smaller but heavier. Not sure if the battery used on the video would fit. The battery spot at the bottom is way too tight...

i havent had a good chance to test it fully yet in the 583, but i did notice a better performance from the 580 digger - it normally slowed down a little when doing multiple movements at the same time but didn't seam to with the 4000mah. it could be due to the burst rating , 50c, which i'm guessing is more then the huina battery. But give me a couple days and i'll get a real world test vid done for it :) you might be able to fit in a shorty soft pack in the top , but i'm using what i have to hand

Bonjour! Nous avons les mêmes machines. J'ai modifié la dompeuse avec une base de wpl B16. Ceci fait une grosse différence.

It's a gens ace bashing 4000mah 50c hardcase 2s i got it from modelsport.co.uk when i got my coyote in a package deal. its about the same size and shape as a tamiya nimh. They should be easier enough to find , but is a common size so you might be able to find others that would also work
