In pure fist fight hulk probably can beat zeus if he gets angry enough. But he has to be veeeery angry. Don't forget that despite their enormous powers skyfathers like zeus and odin have normal god bodies. If they don't use their power to enhance and protect themselves they can be injured even permanently. Like when king thor had his hand cut off when wolverine sucker attacked him with his claws.

My post references the mental state he was in when duking it out with Zeus. I would like to point out some Marvel & Hulk lore that I personally dislike but need to discuss to make my point more clearly. *The Hulk Lore:* Hulk has unlimited potential for power. Under pre-90's Marvel Lore, this meant there were only 2 entities that could destroy that potential. *The Marvel Lore:* Since the mid 90's, Marvel Lore changes on whim and is no longer a structured hierarchy. The Hulk lore written above continues to stand true but with asterisks since whim is what rules Marvel these days. This means (under the right mental conditions) the Hulk could achieve a power level that makes him absolutely unbeatable - even when against Celestials, Cosmic Abstracts, etc.. Hulk has the potential to curb stomp Zeus, Odin, etc. on his own. He would have no need of TOBA to do this. I stand by my initial point that when Hulk battled Zeus - He was not under those mental conditions.

So much of what you said is so wrong that it's hard to know where to start. Hulk never said he wasn't there to fight at all. Re-read the comic. First he goes to Hercules who warns him that Zeus won't have his compassion and has an ego. Bruce wants to go and speak to Zeus about fixing his family but Herc also warns him that if he shows up making demands, Zeus is likely to end up killing him. The fact Hulk doesn't even argue with this shows he knows full Zeus can kill him. He essentially admits to this 2 more times in the same story. Once when he agrees that Zeus could kill him with a though but doing so would make him a coward. Then again at the end when Hera reads his mind to discover he's willing to sacrifice himself to save his family so again, he knows full well he can be killed. . Zeus doesn't slow his healing factor in the fight either. Even IF it was slowed later when he was chained up in order to make sure he only healed enough for the Vultures to feed on him again the next day, that in and of itself is debatable. In the actual fight though?? Nope. Sorry, but that isn't supported at all in any part of the comic and is 100% a fan theory fanboys made up to try and excuse Hulk getting stomped. . Olympians use Adamantine to forge their "unbreakable" stuff. Hulk has never even come close to breaking Adamantine and that stuff is in the same level as Enchanted Uru which is, again, well beyond Hulk's ability to damage. . Zeus, like other Skyfathers can regenerate and can only be killed by beings who's own power eclipses their own and can fight them on a level that transcends the purely physical. Marvel doesnt bring it up much anymore but back when the Gods (like Odin) used to fight a lot more often themselves, it was explained that they fighting on a level that transcends the physical plane. The only time that any of the Gods have suffered permanent injuries from anything, it has been from either other deities nor high order (usually divine) magic. The one exception is King Thor losing a hand to a surprise attack from Wolverine's claws but that's one showing that is contradicted by every other showing Thor has of being injured in ways that should have been permanent but were not. . Hulk has an amazing healing factor, no question. Its one of the best using factors in Marvel. But he isn't immortal in the traditional sense and he can die. In fact he's died many, many times. The reason he can come back is because his TOBA basically hacks the system, allowing Hulk's soul to completely bypass the afterlife and end up in the Below Place where it sits around like it's in Limbo until it find a it's way to there Green Door which allows his soul to return to the physical plane and his body to heals itself as a result. In fact, it's established in the Immortal Hulk run that this is the reason Hulk has been able to seemingly come back from death so many times in the past. . In a real fight to the death, Zeus vaporizes Hulk with a thought and calls it a day, goes home and bangs his wife, meanwhile Hulk is stuck in the Below Place until TOBA manages to cobble enough of his atoms together for him so his body can reform and his soul can come back through the Green Door again. Otherwise, Hulk has nothing left to heal from and he's permanently stuck in the Below Place with no body left to inhabit even if he does pass back through the Green Door. . Hulk also does not have limitless strength. His powers give him unlimited POTENTIAL but that's only IF he can get infinitely angry - which he can't. We've seen Hulk about as angry as he can get in the Heart of the Monster storyline and anything more than that (or even equal to that) both before and after that story, Hulk has needed some kind of external help or amp from someone or something else.

True.. and what is the Hulk if not the Master of Strength.. They could have developed the story to have Odin pushed to his limit as a Purely Physical Strength Fight.. And in the end Odin gives the Hulk his request through pure mutual respect.. Now that Story I would love to see.. But most of these Hulk Stories seem to be written by Non Fan Boys, of the Hulk.. Mr. Bubs eh Zeus and Odin is powerful indeed but I don’t think they are more stronger than Poseidon I feel that Poseidon is the strongest and the most powerful Olympic god and the fact that the hulk hided out till Poseidon left says something cause in all honest Poseidon can snuff out both Zeus and Odin easily in second or just simply make them his bitch

Even within our own universe it is possible to create matter with enough energy, E=mc^2, just solve for the other variable. With infinity, infinite possibilities are possible. I never said hulk would win, if he did it would remove the ability for the hulk to have physical conflict, just that the possibility for his victory is technically present and that is exciting.

Also with the advent of Immortal Hulk(not yet written at the time of the story in the video) Hulk's power has mystical properties as well.

Answer me this.. Im a big fan also.. Why do the films play his One main ability down.. It should be that to beat Hulk, Strategy and avoiding direct Strength Fights will subdue the beast.. You seen the infinity wars?? What the Bloody Nora were they thinking with Thanos V Hulk.. Should have either been avoided or written so differently.. Thanos will be the victor in that film but the inconsistencies throughout made Hulk seem like a Steroid Addict.. I mean in one scene the Less powerful Avengers are holding Thanos in place with Webs and pure Muscle while the Sleep Bye Bye girl does her thing.. Its so annoying.. Also seems like Hulk in Part 2 will not have chance to Flex his Muscles properly , rather it looks like Banner is gonna team up in Hulks body to out-think Thanos.. You'll hear a lot of fanboys pulling BS excuses out of their arse that are in no way supported by the comics in question. There's 3 possible answers: ^^ 1) Hulk had taken so much damage by this point that he'd burned out most of his gamma faster than he was able to produce it. Since his gamma powers his Hulk form, when he gets low, he gets weaker, heals slower and is less durable. There is a strong precedent for this based on past examples such things happening. As such, by the time Hulk hit the rock, he had been weakened enough that the Rock was able to pierce him. ^^ 2) the Rock he landed on was part of the foundations of Olympus itself. The foundations upon which Olympus is buildlt are in fact made of adamant, an ore, kind of like iron which the Olympians refine into Adamantine. This shit is essentially unbreakable (I mean, up there with Enchanted Uru and even stronger than Adamantium) and as such, could quite feasibly pierce Hulk without any real issues). ^^ 3) It was just thrown in there as an artistic choice to make Hulk's battering even more brutal without any real concern for his it effects the continuity or howmuch sense it made. . Considering Greg Pak himself wrote this story and he's not only a notorious Hulk fan but also one of Hulk's most prolific writers who usually puts a great deal of care and detail into his Hulk stories, it's most likely the first one.

Underrated comment. Hulk couldn't hav fought Poseidon and I think he knew that. The fact that Poseidon dismissed him so easily and went back to the ocean probably helped, as did the fact that Hulk was there for Zeus, not Poseidon also probably helped. Still, as I said, this is an underrated comment.

Well Herc did warn him. . Besides, it didn't go quite like that either. Hulk didn't really do anything to defeat the Chaos King like he claimed. That was almost entirely Hercules, Amadaeus, Athena and a few other members of Olympus Corps who created that alternate universe bubble. So for one thing, Zeus didn't really owe him shit like Hulk claimed he did. . Second, as Zeus pointed out, Hulk had actually betrayed Zeus once before. First he helped out when the Giants escaped Tartarus, only to then on Zeus last minute because he felt sorry for them. Then, you have to co sides that despite his reputation on Earth, this was still a mortal climbing Olympus to try and make demands of the King of the Gods - and he didn't ask, he demanded. . When that didn't work, he tried to guilt Zeus with the "we saved you from Chaos King" shit which again, wasn't really true. Even then, Zeus warned him that he "wouldn't like his reward" if he kept pushing it, revealing that he remembered Hulk's past betrayal. . Even then, Hulk continued to insult Zeus and tried goading him into a fight. He even TRIED manipulating Zeus by calling him a coward in an attempts to get Zeus to agree to a hand ro hand fight where he had the advantage. At this point, Zeus obviously reached the end of his patience and agreed to the fight. Hulk then sucker punched him which was even more insulting. At this point Zeus was actually irritated and had to restrain himself from just trying Hulk where he stood. Still, he honoured his word - despite Hera urging him to break it - and then proceeded to stomp Hulk's shit in for his impudence, arrogance, disrespect and all round bad attitude. The fact that Hera read his mind after Hulk was an utter wreck doesn't change the fact that he absolutely went about things the worst way possible and was treated accordingly.

Thor has all these amazing feats that are canon but still gets stomped by relatively weak people. Even if hulk is written to beat a skyfather, somwhere along the line they will find a way to nerf him or completely forget his past feats.

They've showed him fighting some unknown gods which appeared only once as supporting characters in his book, but he has never beaten a major reoccurring god like Odin or Zeus. This will end up making him bigger than any plot.
