This is a bit tricky. Lobo's soul is barred from entering the afterlife, so he technically can't die. Hulk will just keep coming back from the dead every time he's killed, so...he also can't die. But...well, let's be honest; the biggest loser in a battle between the Immortal Hulk and Lobo would be...everyone unlucky enough to be anywhere near them.

Even managed to knock Despero off his feet, and took two ferocious punches without any damage, and Despero could one shot J'onzz. The infamous Superman beat down was written under Dan Jurgen's pen in the same era, in Supermans own title. Considering Jurgen was a main writer of Superman at the time, and Giffen respected each other as peers, I'd consider that showing fairly definitive.

The Abomination , Doomday vs Damage, a real fight with wonder woman vs marvels hercules, by the way I hated the fight with Android 18 and Wonder woman. She's been using her bracelet at reduces speeds to block everything, she has weapons that weren't used at all,, she helped pull a damn planet! My theory for devil hulk being mind control is that devil hulk is alot more calmer then the rest of the hulk personalities because if you look at world breaker hulk in the wwh comics he is at his most angriest meaning all of his abilities are enhanced including his mind control resistance and it's because his mind is unstable but when you're reading the immortal hulk comics you notice he thinks strategically and rationale, meaning he's more calm, making him easy to control.

Yeah the think about that one Lobo versus Superman match that was back when Superman literally was not himself he was essentially a version of The Eradicator and for some reason his physical Powers took a huge downgrade when he was thinking of himself as simply Kryptonian and rather than as he normally does when Superman. Darkseid himself once said that Superman's powers are connected to his state of mind which might explain why when he's hopeful he literally rewrites the universe's rule so that he can win. X amount of Lobo’s vs. one Hulk is a curb stomp... Immortal Hulk now has the backing of The One Below All leading him down a path to become the new Destroyer. That’s really where his source of Immortality lies, TOBA needing Banner and Hulk to outlive the Immortal Man and become the new (Hulk)-Galactacus.
