It's their story but not childhood love. Shahrukh studied in aishwarya's dad's college and used to meet separately the fell in love and when her dad found out he expelled shahrukh from school college and after that Aishwarya suicide and again shahrukh comes back for aishwarya's dad to be support system and those all background people are his students who study in the same school he studied before and now is their teacher. And he is encouraging everyone to confess their love do not fear and finally he makes aishwarya's dad to realise that love is everything and at last he apologize to shahrukh and says I hope my daughter for gives me now. And basically shahrukh is imagining Aishwarya feeling her even after her death and forgives aishwarya's father
