My father is a retired Pakistan Navy Officer. When he married he took my mother with him. Before his marriage my mothers maternal grandmother said to him that my mother did not know how to cook more than 2 things (Being soup and a traditional sweet dish). He said to not worry as food will be arranged from the mess and she can learn at her pleasure. My mother only started cooking after I started expressing a wish after seeing dishes being prepared on a channel. Now my mother makes a wide variety of food. I think in this instance Mansoor should have atleast tried to understand Shehwar. She was working and doing many household chores and only after that did she when she had a chance to spend time with her own family did she do it. You can not rob a person of their enjoyment, specifically if she took permission.

It took me 17years. 5yrs is nothing 😅. This drama was recommended to me by a friend of mine after about 12yrs of marriage. Looking back I don’t regret what I’ve gone through but it is still painful. It made me realise that love is a fantasy and world is worthless. Through thick and thin one should strive to get closer to Allah Who Will Compensate you and Give you much more than the harm which came your way…. At the end it’s worth it. (End means hereafter 😂)

Why are people surprised. This happened with my mother 70 years back. Changed only my father went away to another place for work. It is the story of maximum houses of small towns. A lot many are like this. How many rejections one can make? Ultimately the maximum girls will get partners like this. Boys are brought up with the mentality maa baap pujniye hai. They should be honest dutiful supportive understanding for their parents but only for parents. Rest for the whole world especially for wives and in laws they can have any level of low mentality. It's totally fine and acceptable. Boys from these types of family when get married to a girl from better financial background are filled with negativity by their family members and thus they don't want to see the qualities of their life partner.
