Hello again from England. Hunan cooking is not well known at all. We have chinese take away and restaurants here but it will not taste the same. You be shocked to see what kind of chinese cooking they do here in England. You using all fresh ingredients and the method are so simple yet delicious. I am sorry I do not speak Hunan or Mandarin or Hakka or Cantonese but by watching the way you cook, I know almost all the ingredients you used in your cooking. Thank you for sharing the Hunan recipe and especially showing all of us just how beautiful your hometown.

What I notice in these videos is that everything they need to cook is right there in there living space, which is good.
