We were at the Disneyland Paris AP night in September 2019, which brought out over 100 characters - many rare - for meet and greets. We were able to meet Hunchback of Notre Dame characters Quasimodo, Clopin and Judge Frollo and also saw Esmeralda and Phoebus while there.

No Quasimodo didn’t start the fire it was Frollo with his Hellfire he was lusting after Esmeralda again

The 1996 Disney animated movie, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, is based on the French novel titled "Notre Dame de Parris" by Victor Hugo.
