These traditional Hungarian langos are made from a leavened dough, softer than bread dough and then are fried in hot oil.

*** Ingredients for 12 langos
1200 g flour
375 ml warm water
375 ml warm milk
50 g fresh yeast or 14 g dry yeast
30 g of salt
30 g of sugar
1 L of sunflower oil (for frying)

sour cream (min. 20% fat)
grated cheese (Trapist is the traditional one)
