My cat lives inside. Yes he does have acces to a screen room/lanai. He isn't spoiled a bit but his chicken in the slow cooker is nearly done. We live in Florida so maybe that is easier.

Love this programme. Apart from the fact they really professional at there job Can see they really genuinely care about Thier clients & not juste for the show. & Have loved seeing them grow into really good friends It's a really genuine respectful relationship

So many of these places have horrific interiors. Clashing patterns, awful carpet and crazy paint jobs. I thought Ellie and Paul already have a cat. To hear him tell her "absolutely not" was a shocker. Very mean of him.

Just wondering, why do the cats have to go outside? Also, why doesn't any paperwork have to be signed when making an offer? In North America you always have paperwork to sign. Regardless of whether you get the property or not. It's a prerequisite.

Wait a minute. Hard to find time to see a property only 40 miles away? That is nuts. 40 miles is under an hour. That is a nothing of a commute, never mind going to look at houses

A post code snob ... how amusing. The 'poshness' of neighbourhoods can rise & fall but not generally with a drop in the property price. Do not want to be the recipient of 'oh, you live there' ... voice fading away but the tone telling the tale ...
