A portrait will always look and feel cold when you copy from a photograph. I never understood the new artists these days. Real skill comes from the eye, not being aided with or copied from an iPad. I don’t understand why this is used when the sitter is just right in front of you.

It looks like “A proper old master drawing” a term coming from a “renowned” art personality whose standards we have to comply with but then again I’m watching a “reality show” about “professional” and “novice” artists competing against each other.

The closest she's going to get to an American house is to go to a renovation of a large building like a barn or a warehouse, modern minimalist, and out in a semi-rural location. (Since Windsor Castle is already taken)

Coming from a country where old properties tend to be avoided in favour of newbuilds, I am intrigued by how people in UK have not many other choices other than buying old properties and redoing them. That sounds like a nightmare to me.

How can disabled seniors generate passive income during quantitative times? I can't afford to see my savings crumble to dust.

Getting Yetta Cox to help me really helped me clear all my debts. I started with what I have left and it's been the best decision I ever made.

I think Yetta Cox strategy is the best at the moment, I recommend it for beginners because it is perfect for now and it is known.

You're right, all good Invesstors are conversant with Yetta Cox, She's unique in the field just got to keep to her instructions and you'd Excel.. starting early is the best.

Apropos Phil's first house... it absolutely wasn't his fault that he DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT THE CATS! However, how/WHY does he think he is going to 'CONVINCE' Mike into liking the house enough to 'go for it' ??? You do NOT risk the safety of your family!!! As much as Phil might like, the safety issue ISN'T GOING TO EVAPORATE. Why does he think it COULD??? THAT, I find annoying: When a VALID ISSUE is treated as a whim.

I like Mike. Someone who takes the safety of their pets (who are also FAMILY MEMBERS) seriously, is alright by me!

After watching many of these I have come to the conclusion that people like portraits that are most realistic, as much as they admire the others they most often choose the 'safe' option to take home!

Why though does Phil refer to the sellers as “Vendols” ? Is that Vendor?I cannot understand it. Is it a certain accent? Southern from US here. Also, if someone can tell me, is a semi similar to what we call a duplex? I think I’ve made out that a “ flat” is the US equivalent to a condo. Thank you!❤

@andreaandrea671610 сағат бұрын
No they didn't. They simply wanted The RIGHT House. One in which there wasn't a danger of their animals being run over. The second house had a long galley kitchen that didn't open onto the very small garden with no view. And the 3rd house meant months of plaster dust: THEY HAVE A NEW BABY. Their issues had NOTHING to do with 'champagne taste.'

I get so irritated listening to the pretentious comments from the judges. I suppose that's what to expect, however. Art is subjective and these particular three judges have very specific taste.

Why not give credit where it's due...Margot recognized that to get all she wanted, she needed to have a hand in it, so opted for the fixer-upper. Deal done. The young couple allowed themselves to be guided despite the addiction to spreadsheet data, and got what they said they wanted. So, yes - Phil's time was largely wasted, but Kirstie did her usual "thing" and the formula worked for her clients. Win one, lose one.
