Four Seasons Botanical Landscape Development received a call from a Client informing that the Hunter Irrigation clock installed a year ago was not turning on. Below are the recommended troubleshoot to identify the problem Four Seasons Botanical, LLC found.
1.) Switch power outlets to ensure the outlet is producing power to the clock. (you can run an extension chord from a new outlet to the current irrigation clock to ensure it is not an electrical problem with outlet)
2.) Open clock and ensure everything was wired correctly. Inspect all wires and make sure there are no loose wires.
3.) On top of the wires, there is a power module that needs to be on the ON position fully engaged to on for the power to travel from power outlet to clock.
Troubleshot Findings: In this situation, the power module switch bar was loose and had turned to the off position.
Resolution: Inside the wiring of the Hunter irrigation clock, turn on the power module to ON, make sure it is fully engaged, so that power runs to the clock from the power outlet.
