This quiz is heavily skewed against Enhancers and for Specialists. Specialists get 5 questions that scale between 0 to 5 points. Enhancers only get one such question and 3 other questions that provide a maximum of 1 point. Everyone thinks they're a special snowflake, so they'll rate the Specialist questions higher than they probably should. IMO, Specialists should be rare.

I tend to be pretty good at doing these kinds of categorisations irrespective of tests. I don't know any of these guys personally of course, but from the way they explained their answers and the multiple videos I watched of them this is the Nen types I actually think they fit in. Rick- Definitely a SPECIALIST. Individualistic and opinionated yet very amiable and surrounded by good friends. Eren- On it's face he seems very loud and boisterous. Quick to emotional outbursts like an emitter. Leaning on the argumentative side, he might less likely be a Manipulator. Though through his own admission he wears this as a kind of front, actually being more pessimistic at home, as well as being an unpredictable liar. Probably a TRANSMUTER. Calvin- Quite and pensive. He has also admitted to being easily nervous/anxious. One to think before he speaks and has a keen eye for catching on to plot threds quickly. Honestly, the biggest giveaway was how long it took him to answer the first question. Most likely a CONJURER. Shane- Strikes me as stubborn, straight forward and absent minded at times. The fact that he was also the last to finish the calculation clued me in a bit as well. Very much an ENHANCER. Eric- This is a hard one. Not much to easily distinguish like the rest, but no doubt someone to look before they leap. Logical and argumentative, he is usually the one to lead the debate. A toss up between conjurer and manipulator but ultimately I'd go with MANIPULATOR. Do you guys agree?

Hey guys, just a heads up: whoever is not born as a Specialist CANNOT use Specialist abilities, as they are mostly genetic or limited to people with very particular aura. It is possible to become one later in life, especially for Conjurers and Manipulators. Also, this particular test is HEAVILY biased towards Specialists and Manipulators, as they are the classes that get most of the 4s and 5s, whereas Enhancement gets the 0s or 1s.

The results of my points are almost perfectly the ratio of 100/80/60 the show uses for affinities. It's 28/21/21/16/16/0. So cool!

Specialists should be much rarer than this, its clear the quiz just wants to make people feel cool and special rather than actually trying to sort people

I'm sitting here trying to figure out how much I care about most things thinking not really. While also thinking man I want my answers to be right for this test. Cause I care about this lol

After taking a handful of these quizzes, including what I believe was this quiz, I seem to be more aligned with the Manipulator type Nen, and when I don't have that result, it tends to be Conjurer, which are surprisingly pretty far away from each other on the chart. So theoretically, if I just consider myself to be a Manipulator, my best bet would be to look into whatever Manipulation-like abilities would suit me best and then possibly branching out for one or two Emission type abilities which is closer to it. (And needless to say, despite Specialization also being close to Manipulation, I couldn't pick up being a Specialist.)

I'm also a conjurer. I always thought a cool idea would be a pair of d20; one black, one white. The black one would summon nen beast to fight for/with me while the white would heal wounds for myself and/or those around me. The power and effectiveness of each would be dependent on the number rolled and the nen needed to perform the summon/heal would be taken out of my total nen "supply". Anything above a 13, however, would exceed my available supply and would leave me unable to use nen at all until the excess price is paid back in full. Somewhat like how Knuckle's bankrupt works later in the series

I took a different but similar test and to my surprise I got Specialist, I am pleasantly surprised.

It sounds like the same test I took so I'll say my results. First time I got a tie between Conjurer & Specialist both having 15, so in that regard I'm like.... (spoilers) The second time I got Specialist, overwhelmingly, and surprisingly Transmuter as the next type.

I'm a Specialist and I'm totally okay with that. My power would have to be about analyzing the crap out of situations. My anxious nature and the way I approach things would be a reflection of my powers. I'd have a lie detection power to poke through bullshit. To make it stronger I'd put a condition to it: I have to reveal something important about myself. The bigger the lie I'm trying to unveil, the bigger my revelation has to be. As an attacking power I'd give it another layer: you tell the truth, nothing happens. You lie and you'll get attacked by a wave of my anxiety, condensed into a wave of my life energy. That anxiety wave attack will be strong due to my anxiety reaching high levels. All of my panic attacks coming at ya. Spoilers I'd be a Shoot, Knov and Welfin combined into 1.

I took 1 quiz online and i'm 20% specialist 19% conjurer 18% manipulator and so on.

the question about being nervous, anxious or excited, why can't i put plus 100 ? Idk about you but I do remember I have situations that are horrible, like at one point I had to bring Oil for a school project in the same day they were doing...phone inspection? idk, either way I was sooooo terrified that somehow they'll end up finding drugs in my bag for some unknown reason.

Before this I had personal types picked out for everyone. Eric - Enhancer , Shane - Conjurer , Calvin - Transmuter , Aaron - Manipulator , Rick - Specialist. I was right about 2 it looks like. 😅

Aaron a Manipulator? Can't wait to see him stick people with antennaes/needles/pins to make his ability work. On a more serious note, it's very difficult to have a good Nen test, since human beings are just too complex and "civilized" and end up in the Specialist/Manipulator category quite often. I considered myself a Manipulator too, since I am quite introvert and logical, but lately I realized that I always display these logical thoughts directly. Combined with the fact that I am an earnest person and I don't give a damn about the "unwritten rules" that guide humans' behavior in a society, I would not be in shock if I found out to be an Enhancer after all. Wing is a reflective and cautious person, but he is also straightforward in what he thinks and does, and that makes him an Enhancer. If these tests translate a person's quirks into being a Specialist, the world would be packed of them, since even the one person that we label as most superficial still has his quirks and goals that differentiate him from the mass.
