Declan has a beautiful voice, I don't no is he lip-synching, because I don't care it, I just like his voice.

Every boy will change their voice. His voice has changed a lot at 15 years old and 16 years old. He is the late one who changed the voice.

So what? He can't help it. Enjoy it- we'll never hear him sing like that LIVE again. He is great at any age and I am sure will just get better and better. At least we have recordings of all his great voices.
