The FC8222 is a Hunterwood premium export hay press that consumes two-tie bales. Added input types can vary with the addition of our Big Bale Slicing System that feeds 3′x4′ or 4′x4′ big bales into the machine.
The FC8222 is an efficient forage compactor providing processors with the ability to maximize shipping weights. Producing a double-compressed 25 kg to 50 kg bale (55 lb to 110 lb), the FC8222 is a noteworthy system for hay processors where two-tie bales are readily available. The FC8222 creates an export quality compressed bale meeting market needs and expectations.
The FC8222 produces a compressed output bale weighing 50 kg (110 lb) with size 17.5″ long x 22″ wide x 15.5″ high (44 cm x 56 cm x 39 cm). With the addition of a Cutter Box, this output bale can be half-cut to produce two 25 kg (55 lb) bales in order to diversify the product offering. The FC8222 can operate at speeds up to 12 MT/hr and has an average footprint of 45′ x 76′.
