Thanks mate. I'm just blown away by all the support I've been getting from everyone to grow my channel so fast. Considering i only posted my very first video ever only a month ago. But I love shooting and love putting the videos together for you guys to enjoy as well. So from the bottom of my heart thanks again to you and everyone else for all your support. Lets hope youtube doesn't try and limit my content like they are doing to so many other hunting channels out there.

Well.... about that... it was a scotch predator call. That was the first time I've ever used that particular one to call up a dog. I have used my other one before with the rubber bellows but this one was good to just put in your mouth to free up your hands... so I'm going to put this in my next video but I went out the other morning to look for dogs again and had to walk about a km or so through soaking wet grass and I had the caller in my pocket but when I got to where I was going to set up, my caller was gone!!!!! It must have fallen out my pocket on the walk up and the grass is already a foot high most of the way so I probably have no chance of finding it without a miracle!!! I have had a bit of a look online for another one but haven't been able to find one yet but I'll reply you again if I do with the link. I'm pretty bummed about it lol.

Ruger Gunsite Scout in 308. It is a nice rifle. I love short barrels because it is so much easier to carry around in the ute or on the bike and be able to get it out quick if i come across a dog etc.

@@intothenight1993 oh nice, 10 round mag would be awesome. Did the iron sights get in the way of the scope picture?

@@snakethepeg7828 it is great having the 10 round mag. Have needed it sometimes when I've come across a mob of pigs. No they weren't in the way. I took the front sight off because it was in the way and annoying on there and I just didn't need them as I use the scope. I bought a full length rail so i can use my thermal and night vision scopes on it but haven't put them on yet as I mostly use the 223 with the thermal.

@@snakethepeg7828 as they weren't in the way of the scope picture but in the way of everything thing else when carrying it in the ute and leaning it on the dash when driving around the paddock.

@@garyarcher9213 would love a suppressor but I don't professional shooting so i very much doubt they would lete have one. I use a 308 ruger scout for pigs and also the 223 if i don't have the 308 with me. It does the job too but not as effectively. Would love a semi auto but they would get expensive to shoot real fast haha 🤣

It's a good scope.

No we can't own a pistol in Australia unless you have a good enough reason to own one or are part of a club but then you can only use it at a club. I tried to get my license to have one on the property as a primary producer but they turned me down...

Good question. Can't agree more but the crazy townies that make the rules in won't do it.
