We recommend stopping at Hurrah Pass. The road up to that point is very smooth and the view is EPIC! The trail to Chicken Corners is long and rough, but there are some cool places to camp.

I was just there, although not taking chances in my new f150. Did it in my wrangler long ago. Just bought my son a 2019 forester sport and came across channel. Nice videos. Have an Ironman 4x4 at son order, my wheels are 18”. So I’ll have to figure out what size to get.

I have a '21 Forester base, it has the smaller calipers, and one other trim has them too but I'm not sure about the Sport. I was able to go to 16" wheels (from 17's) and gained a lot of sidewall and more room for airing down. Good luck!

Go up hells gate. I did it in my very simple setup 13 audi allroad. 2.5in lift on LT225/65/17 toyos and a stage 1 apr tune, 3.5in down pipe and larger intercooler for cooling. Also custom self made skids. No problem right up it

I plan to do hell's gate, but I didn't want to venture into hells revenge solo and before adding my rock sliders.

Nice drone footage! I did this a few weeks ago in my stock outback, pretty easy. Can't wait to go back and go further past the pass! You think chicken corners is doable in a OB w/skid plates? Also it's named "chicken corners" because people would "chciken" out or get too scared at the corner!

Nice!! Yeah you can go all the way to the end of Chicken Corners in a stock Subaru. There another offshoot too. Lot of trail out there! Beautiful scenery with dispersed camping!
