That building is called Cecil Charlton building. He was a long-time mayor of Mandeville. He loved Mandeville and served well. Mandeville used to be super clean and free of homeless people when he was the mayor. Even crime was none existant when he was the mayor.

A thorough inspection by the local authorities of Mandeville are required at this point. All buildings and houses need to have better safety codes when they are built or rebuild to withstand hurricanes a lot better. In addition a major unprecedented cleanup of canals, drainage, sewers, sewage treatment plants and such are mandatory all over the island nation and the roads, causeways. This is 2024 the 21st century let's get to it for a safer, prettier island nation called Jamaica. All the best in the future.
