Hurricane Beryl moves toward Texas after slamming Mexico

Hurricane Beryl is passing Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula as a Category 2 storm and will likely weaken before touching down on the Texas Gulf Coast. CBS News correspondent Janet Shamlian reports from South Padre Island.

The amount they spend every year to rebuid all that the hurricane destroyed, can they spend small part to construct artificial ocean across West Africa , the sahara desert to the Mediterranean sea. This will calm the hot weather, give Africa good vegetation, give easy passages to ships from Asia to America, and calm the dry wind that causes hurricanes.
