A very sobering reminder realizing this could have been my home in Corpus Christi or my sister's little place in Rockport if Beryl hadn't continued to move east. My thoughts and prayers go out to all who've been affected by this hurricane. May your lives be returned to normal as soon as possible. Yea🎉 My electricity just came back on…I’m so excited!! It went out about 11am sunday…trees down everywhere and a massive amount of people without power

That’s one of the reasons I moved away from South Louisiana. I live in NE Texas now and had a nice breeze and an 1 1/2 “ rain from Beryl. I hope I never have to go through another hurricane in my lifetime. I hope they all survived and wish them well.
