We dodged a huge bullet with Hurricane Ian. It hit Fort Myers head on, which is about 1 hour south of where I live. They got absolutely devastated with water reaching 10 ft. above seal level in some places. Many homes were completely under water, sometimes reaching up to the 2nd story. It then turned North by Northeast and headed directly for us.
