Emma Newton Lol thats fine. Though this song is brilliant compositionally. The rise and fall of the music symbolises the hard winds of a hurricane, which in this rendition is enhanced by chorus. As I mentioned, the keyboard notes resemble a storm warning, building up to the musical storm that is coming. During the rest of the song, the piano notes take on the roll of the rain. It perfectly captures the intensity of a hurricane in the form of music and I love it.

This is amazing and I love it. My only wish is that in the finalized version of the musical coming to the US they combine some of the lyrics from the japanese version in as well, namely for this song and The Game Begins. They just explain thoughts a bit better. Still love it though!

Adam doesn't sound too angry for me...but he does sound too old and gruff to be a teenager and he's not the best at falsetto at the beginning, he's best when he's full voiced and rocking. Jeremy beats him on this song...however the Korean and Japan casts are even better

Garrett Gopen + I thought the 2 Japanese versions were terrible! One was too nasally and the other was too pitchy and had bad breath control. Both went put of tune alot. For me, i definately prefer Jeremy Jordan's version.

@@00rabbit7 I love Jeremy's version. I haven't yet heard Adam's, though I'd like to at some point for comparison. I'm not a huge fan of Urai's Hurricane, though I do love his falsetto--it's very clear and crisp, gorgeous. Kakizawa's version is quite good in my opinion, but still not the best. Hong Kwang-Ho and Han Ji-Sang's version are INSANELY amazing in my mind, and one of the only foreign versions that I think can stand up to Jer's English performance.

Jhilarie Emeterio It's from the death note musical. The singer of the English version is Jeremy Jordan.

Original singer is technically Jeremy Jordan. The Japanese singers (which is what a lot of people think is the original, even though the English Demo technically came out first) are Kenji Urai and Hayato Kakizawa.
