4k Driving of Hurricane. Hurricane is a city in Washington County, Utah, United States. Its population was 20,036 as of the 2020 United States Cenus estimates. The Hurricane valley makes up the easternmost part of the St. George Metropolitan area and is becoming a tourist gateway town to Zion National Park.

I live about 20 minutes south of Hurricane and the closest “forest” would be in the Pine Valley Mountains, or in Zion National Park. Hurricane is surrounded by miles and miles of mojave desert filled with cactus and joshua trees
