This video will show you how to recover ASAP when you get a back injury from lifting weights! In my case, I explain how I dealt with a barbell squats injury and 3 TIPS moving forward from this:
1) Do NOT feel sorry for yourself!
2) Keep MOVING through the pain
3) Hot and Cold as well as having a healing treatment
NOTE: It is very UNLIKELY, to slip a disc or break your back, the injury is not as bad as it may seem in the beginning and it WILL get better!
