Why would a woman like that marry a man like that? He has absolutely no use. Doesn't earn. Can't birth children. Has very little strength and will to be able to look after the house. Doesn't even look good. And looking at the gruesome murder he committed, his attitude wasn't probably the best either. A house can run without a partner like that.

The first murder reminds me so much of the Anna Walsh case. It just confirms to me that strong successful women should never tie their lives to losers, it'll never end well. These men are weak, pathetic, and only grow more and more resentful over the years until the inevitable point when the wife having had enough decides to leave and then they snap. It's between killing the golden goose and hoping no one finds out so they can keep enjoying the vast wealth the wife's accumulated, or they risk being left with nothing in a divorce. All beautiful strong women out there - find someone that's at least on a similar financial journey as you, you're far more likely to have similar interests and make it work.

50-80 years isn't enough! He should of got life!! Or even death!! The way he cut up her body in 14 different pieces is absolutely Disgusting of someone to do to someone!!
@eaphares138 ай бұрын
50 years is considered a "virtual life" sentence... Had the judge sentenced him to "life," then most "life" sentences have a parole period of 25 years... Since this judge sentenced him to 50-80 years instead of "life," he guaranteed that he could not apply for parole for 50 years instead of 25. He will be 87 years old when he is first eligible for parole... Had he been sentenced to "life" like you think he should have been, then he would be 62 when he was first eligible for parole.... And death???.... Yeah, let's spend over a million dollars sentencing this man to death and putting the family through appeals up until the death sentence.... And almost a third of all death sentences get reversed on appeal anyways.... And the ones that don't often see the inmate sit on death row for an average of 25 years. That makes so much more sense since this man's sentence pretty much guarantees his death behind bars only costing ~$400000-$500000 dollars.... Oh and all of his appeals are already exhausted so the family can do their best to move on and heal ..... If you look at things logically instead of with emotion, it makes much more sense to do it how it was done. As matter of fact... It has been proven that victim's families prefer LWOP over death sentences. This monster will die behind bars for approximately a third of the cost and without dragging it out for the surviving family until a death sentence. Now the children of Tara and this monster can concentrate on Domestic Violence Awareness instead of worrying about their POS father having a court date for appeals and all that ....

A lot of men are like Steven, their maturity starts slowing down at 13. And when they reach 40 years old, their maturity is practically that of a 18 year old girl, which is probably why he bonds well with their au-pair. But the American culture is one that frowns upon a 40 to 50 year old man bonding or having close relationship with an 18 year old girl. If he has no small kids, he would probably be joining the ranks of Passport Bros flying and settling in Southeast Asia. When the kids are already growing, Tara, having climbed to the top of the social ladder, starts wondering why she end up with this jobless creep. After their emotions snap, Tara got her justice, and Steven starts a new life in jail. But what is the use of justice if Tara is already in the other world? Maybe things won't end up this way if marriage have an expiration period, and the scope of marriage is only up the boundaries of their house or close family members.

Same thing happened to me 9 years ago with an Uber, I didn’t even check if it was mine and he must’ve had that hack where they would wait for the ride request and if he was closer than the legit driver then he would pass himself off as the driver. I wasn’t in the car 2 minutes when I went to look at my phone and was told to put it down and well that’s all it took for me to cause an absolute scene. He freaked out telling me to be quiet and then stopped the car and let me out. I must’ve startled him by flipping out. All I know is if he hadn’t been trapped inside the parking lot I would’ve lost that battle

You are brave snd smart Carla. People be careful. and do not drink etc. and travel alone . If you find yourself in an horrific situation and. follow Carlas advice. Getting too easily into the car of a stranger after a late night in a bar alone was horrible but Carla once ib the situation survived. Once you are in a helpless situation survive on your witts. Many people fall victim to horrible people because they. aren't thinking being alert which can come from othet circumstances too like being overly distracted by either a happy , very sad. or angering personal event. All is takes is seconds to suddenly be overcome and attacked. Just like criminals distract people to steal from them. I'm sorry you were hurt Carla. Thanks for bravely putting yourself out there to prevent others harmred.
