It's so much easier to drive without someone watching your every move. Learning VT from my husband. I've done some tillage in the past, but VT is much faster-paced. Let me know if you have any questions in the comments!

This is wonderful! You have an excellent teacher in Josh. I’ll let you in on a little secret, those of us who watch your videos already know how capable you are. You’re intelligent and well spoken, and while you may sometimes doubt yourself when learning something new, there is no doubt you can master whatever you want. Looking forward to more of these! 😊

You're doing fine! Anytime you're learning something new, you have whats called a "learning curve". After a while it will become second nature to you❤

My job on the farm is tillage - I agree about the foot petals - they are far away. Very hard to twist and push those petals at the same time. I drove tractor for the first time at age 60. We can all learn new things - and it's so satisfying to go outside our comfort zones. And very satisfying to look back on a field that we just completed.

I so agree that when someone is watching or teaching it makes you nervous. I am so the same way.

My wife and I watch Pete in NY, Tyler in Cal, The Veggie Boys, Zack the Millennial and Meredith the farm wife. After seeing the story (if I remember right) that Farm Journal did on you, you have knowledge to impart and an interesting family farm story to tell. That look you gave Josh around 8:00 was priceless.

Personally, I have been here since you had a few videos...Was it Carl from the Dodge Brothers channel that shouted you out? It was that day if I am remembering right. :) But youtube is my platform of choice for watching farming videos, so I hope you stick with it here. :) It's also nice to hear you are taking up more of a role on the farm. It's easy to get caught in a rut doing the same old things, and learning something new can be quite rewarding. And I know Josh was making you nervous but he looked really patient at least from what you showed, and seemed very understanding and supportive. I have had worse teachers.

I've had worse teachers too, you're right! I'm loving learning new things and being involved in this capacity! It really fills my cup. Thank you for being here and for your support!

I am a retired building contractor, my wife and I work together for many years The last 6 years side by side every day. I think it is great that you two are working together. It has its moments but all so worth it. @@marypat_sass

1st I have to say I laughed out loud @ the closeup look on your face when PERFECT?!?!I happened. I love that photo of you and baby Harper at the beginning 🥰. Josh is so patient, but I understand how you felt being so nervous having him there, I am like that as well. You did an outstanding job and it was your first time. Also, I get it, I heard you are 5'6, I'm 5'5 . 🤍 🧋
