Let her shoot with a more open choke so she has a little more room for error and still be able to kill birds. Then she can tighten the choke back up later on once she gets a little more confident in her shooting if she wants to get a little more range.

Not trying to be rude at all, love the video, but the proper terminology is shooting clay targets. Skeet is actually a game within the clay target shooting sports. Fun video though!

Great video Tristan. I don’t want to be negative, however, you should always focus on gun safety, especially for your younger viewers. ALWAYS keep your muzzle where you can see it. Otherwise, if your gun goes off and you don’t know where it is aimed, you don’t know what or who you might shoot. Keep up your great videos.

Unfair competition. Husband has a shotgun fitted for him, and wife does not have a shotgun fitted to her (wrong cast - shotgun is cast for righty shooter, and wrong drop - women need less drop).

I'm not trying to be a jerk but you weren't skeet shooting, you shot clay pigeons. Skeet is shot on a skeet field, trap on a trap range, sporting clays on a SC course etc. Just because many uneducated people use the wrong terminology doesn't make it OK. And I hated to see you guys playing around with the target thrower like you did. It can take your arm off. Also you loaded your guns behind the back of the other shooters, crap like that should not happen.

1:08 , i mean comon... having something blocking behind your shoulder, must hurt anyone... why make her do that ? so she thinks you're a strong dude ? When there's nothing behind the shoulder, the movement backwards makes the recoil less hurtful. i mean, if you're afraid on how she's going to handle the recoil, just load the gun with 1 round. so if anything happens there's no more bullets in the gun. ( not dangerous, and not hurtful to shoulder a gun like everyone else ) If she's a girl that never shot it before and doesn't know much about guns, i don't doubt the fact that she won't want to shoot a 12 gauge again...
