For all my low side adjustments I've always ran the idle just a little high and set the low until it spins the highest rpm then add about 1/8 to 1/4 turn of fuel to it. I adjust the idle from there and adjust the high side from there.. That almost always gets it as close to perfect as you can get until altitude or a huge swing in temp/humidity changes it.

Honda of Troy, great guys. I rode n race with em. The hot weather thins the oxygen in the air. Humidity displaces oxygen, it will run better. you been kicking out some great videos lately, take a break in the shade brother.

I use video all the time to hear my tune. It’s actually pretty awesome. Years of being a tree guy has made my hearing not so good.. What I hear in the moment is usually completely diff sounding on vid.

I dunno what the issue is but my silly 2 cents: open up the throttle for more air on startup an then add low jet till you can't, rinse and repeat. May be useless. Great saws you are showing in the 60cc class.

I should pack up my 359/357 combo and have you do something with it. I've had it sitting forever and just haven't had time to take it on. I hate seeing it sit as they're a great chassis! Nice work buddy!

It sounds like you have a air leak somewhere .

Those 357 and 359 like the original carb HDA 199 , they don't like the zama carbs , got the same issues with both my 357 xp and Donny walker said to find a new 199 , I sent mine out to be rebuilt by him and the one saw runs flawless now so

Needs some long hard cuts. That’s what seats the rings the fastest and best imo.

I am not a fan of the Zama carbs. If you have to pull it more than twice something is not right. The 357xp is one of the best Husky ever made. They hit way above their weight class stock.

My 2 cent. Zama carbs will not work long in this. The 357 like original oem carbs. Second problem was not carb related but Impulse line and intake boot. The saw is clearly heat operating temp sensitive and sensitive when its working.

my 2252 doesn't start at that temperature, I have to remove the cover to start it, I just couldn't breathe.
