During last couple of years, Grammy's have lost their old glory , rellevance and credibility. It is no surprise to us that none of the BTS members were even nominated, nor a dissapointment. Even some american artists spoke up openly about the practice of being called for views and clout. The last time I watched this award show, it was because of BTS nomination. Our guys already have recognition and are valued and loved all around the globe, which means a lot more than this award. Good health and safe service to all of them.

Surely, if the logo is copyrighted (which it probably is), then I agree that no one else should be able to use it. However, Hybe would only bother to take legal action if the other party was making money from it, which it doesn't really look like they are. Unless they intend to print it on loads of merch and sell it. Personally, I think they didn't do their due diligence and research what the logo means. I can't imagine that they did it to mock anyone as it seems they're using it to celebrate and promote a player so they'd be mocking their own team member. Who, in their right mind, would do that.

There was a time, when winning a grammy actually meant something, ie. in the days of Michael Jackson when he won 12 well deserved grammys. Today's grammys are seriously a joke and I for one don't even bother to watch it unless BTS was performing or nominated. They missed so many chances, which got me so frustrated, NOT because they needed to validate their fame, talent and success but because Yoongi really wanted one. BTS have done so much to be recognised but unfortunately the grammys don't mean anything anymore...

Look at Eminem snubbing and writing a dis track about never wanting to be invited again as they use the artists as clout to get views with no intention of awarding those who ACTUALLY deserve it. If you listen to someone like jaguar wright who is a Grammy panellist, if you believe her, she actively snubbed artists she didn’t like and admitted it! So it’s basically people who get a tiny bit of power and they abuse it! I have no doubt there’s also a racial element and an old boys club behind the scenes.

Grammy is not important anymore,jungkook got so much awards and achievements and the latest is the people choice awards,congrats jk for winning the artist of the year and that's explains everything. Birmingham City isn’t even a huge club. It’s in the UK second tier so really most people looking at their IG page would have no idea that the symbol had anything to do with BTS. I reckon it was someone’s bright idea to link the new player with the logo as a parody and it certainly got some publicity but in reality it’s non news and I think it’s been deleted anyway.

Grammies are too one sided anymore

I dont agree at all about the bts symbol. It's copyright, they will most definitely have to remove it once hybe sends them a notice.

The grammys are no longer relevant to most people and some entertainers don't really support the grammy anymore...even some of the USA singers/actors criticises the way the grammy handles and operates their selections.. They're a bias entity and very unfair..money talk I suppose and bullshit walk. These guys made it long before the grammys. So don't worry JK/BTS boys aren't the only ones the grammys ostracise.. Tyla won a Grammy for her single and only song “water” and she has no album. I’m so confused. It’s clearly a fixed system on who wins and who’s not. JK could have been given his flowers what Grammys did was intentional and people see it.

The Grammy's need to go through a major restructuring especially NARA's that does the voting. They need to be educated and be more open-minded to other countries, their cultures, and their artists. I have become a fan of your commentaries. You are articulate, accurate, and frank in what you say. I especially agree with your comments on the fandom of BTS and how they overreact to any little "controversy" they decide to latch themselves on to. It becomes redundant and tiresome after a while and I don't think it helps the group to continue to harp on issues that seem minor. But I suppose since many fans are so hardcore for their idols, these issues are not minor to them and I understand that. The Grammys to me are irrelevant. I listen to music based on my taste and not what is considered popular. Even though Jungkook was not nominated, he is still taking the world by storm and breaking relevant music stream records. Example, the blues, Howlin Wolf didn't get one, He got a posthumous Lifetime Achievement Grammy. Muddy Waters got a Best Ethnic or Traditional Recording for an album of previously old unreleased music. Robert Johnson also got a posthumous Lifetime Achievement Grammy in 2006, he died in 1938. BTS will get their due from the establishment a long time from now. So stay alive and see what happens in 2175.
