Daniel Ignacio Yep. O.Ryu refers to the alternate versions of each fighter in Super Turbo that were taken, unchanged, from Super. Each of these "old" versions have an alternate palette in case two players use the same "old" character.

TAS isn't related to any "installation/programming" things. Tool Assisted are tools included at special emulators, some of them are: recording, playback from recording archives that emulator generates, slow down (reducing game speed), frame advance (playing game frame by frame), savestate and loadstate to keep recording your run or to redo a wrong parte, desync from your run. Basically to do a tas run we need to recording it at emulators and not instaling .exe archives or anything, we didn't program anything we do our own inputs, means that a human need to do all these things at the game played. If something can't be did in a real match, real time is another question to discuss. Still needs a person to record the whole thing. Now about present games like you mentioned, without emulators to run these games properly any work can't be did, ps2 just became estable now to TAS, ps3 emulator is still being developed, until they won't be released we just can do what was already released (arcade, wii, snes, sega genesis, gba, etc.)

It's not sf2, it's hsf2 engine. Althrough original Ryu from sf2 was selected all his past and new combos must be available. For old sf2 users these combos are very well know, they call them chain combos, air combos aren't possible at sf2, that's why chain combos just happens jumping after a punch or kick, it's called chain. Search for sonichurricane sf2 techniques and you will know how is easy to do it.

Good try, but macro functions just work to record combos, to do great combos you need first to record a real input, against CPU one key input must be useless due CPU random movements, it's called RNG. Look at the high damage that Ryu takes from CPU. Original/Normal Ryu means I'm playing as Ryu from SF2 World Warrior, like you know WW version don't have any damage scalling, normaly at WW HPs, HKs take more than 25% of damage, the same is happening here. That's why CPU dizzy so fast.
