Entry level tools need some love too!!! All joking aside, I hope this helps people determine if an entry level tool will meet there needs. If it does then I feel my time was well spent. And since I am retired... I have lots of free time!!

@@CluelessDudesRealToolReviews I think it will help a lot of people. In my opinion, even though I did, there is no need to purchase top tools for most weekend warriors and DIYs. It is simply a waste of money.

I was shocked that those $20 drills could do that many holes before going dead. Thanks for the test. I think buying one would depend on which store is easiest to get to. Might I suggest you put links to buying them in the description.

I was shocked too..... I thought I would only need one piece of wood for both..... but the first test went right past the halfway point on the wood... I would add in addition to which store is closer to also look to see if you plan to buy any other tools that have batteries compatible with one of the drills. I will look into adding links to the tools, just not sure if adding the links would cause me any SEO (Search Engine Optimization) issues on youtube. Thank you again for the comment. I do these videos just for fun... I am was shocked they are being viewed by so many people.... And I do appreciate the comments!!

You can't cover the vent holes on any tool and expect it not to over heat.

It'd be nice to see a BD Matrix test of their main attachments vs Hyper Tough, Hart, or maybe Skil individual tools.

@@CluelessDudesRealToolReviews It's nice to hear from the creator of a channel. Merry Christmas. I put away all my corded tools and in one shot went 100% Matrix 4-5 years ago. I look at other people's huge bags and boxes, with piles of motors and triggers, cords and mismatched chargers and batteries, and I am left with the impression that it is completely a redundant mess, born out of habit and then false belief that B&D Matrix tools are for college students and apartment dwellers, and other such stupid cliches.

@@CluelessDudesRealToolReviews You will discover that there is nearly zero good content related to the Matrix system: it is a near total vacuum in spite of huge sales numbers on Amazon for the system and its accessories, and it is a good opportunity for someone like yourself to fill a void.

I have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of these entry level tools. The improvements in battery technology, even at the $20 price point, over the last few years is impressive.
