I have some issue with my jaw, it clicks if i open too wide and gets stuck sometimes when I bite into something big - do you think this could affect my birth in any way?

I very much doubt it. We are suggesting relaxation if the muscles which is thoroughly beneficial. Something to do with the structure is not going to affect the pelvis.
