Hi everyone and welcome to this hypnosis for weight loss and exercise motivation spoken by my female voice of Tansy Forrest. This recording is perfect if you are looking for a tool to help improve your overall health and well-being. As many of you know from my other KZfaq videos I don't believe in diets, instead eating well and maintaining a healthy weight I believe is about balance, moderation and having a little treat now and again so you don't feel deprived. Remember it's what you do that majority of time that counts!
I lost weight and kept it off with these principles along with daily hypnosis. Now I want to bring this to you too! So if you find this video useful please like it and leave and suggestions for future videos in the comments.

Found this for the first time, got up this morning, immediately got on my clothes and exercised with a KZfaq video!! It was for 10 minutes, but that's OK, I'm out of shape. If all you can do is 5-10 minutes on some days, that is good enough!! You'll have other days you can exercise longer. ❤

This seriously works. I listened for a week before I finally had the motivation to go to the gym. I stopped listening and went to something else and immediately lost all motivation again. 1 night of listening and I was back at it.

Well, that was funny, lol. I have been doing hypnosis videos for at least a year now and have become familiar with what works for me (or so, I thought). I started this video, and about 5 minutes in, had the thought, "This one isn't going to work for me, I'll just stop and pick a different video." Suddenly, I realized that the harder I tried to come out of it and change the video, the deeper in I went. I had such a vivid experience that it's difficult to type it all here. I even had the thought that I must be asleep and dreaming because it felt too real, but I came right out of with when you talked us out of it, so it couldn't have been sleep. Now, I'm excited to see how it works for me! The only part I didn't care for was the part that says I'll have 3 meals a day because I have a lot of chronic health issues and eating 3 means a day would be to my detriment but I was easily able to change those words in my mind, to what I needed them to be. Overall, this seems like a fantastic hypnosis, and I've got high hopes for my results.

I really like your videos, especially the ones that are about 30 minutes long. That length seems perfect to me. There are two things I'd like you to consider: the focus on a "slender body" and the part about people "watching you and you like the attention." As we age, or if there is a lot of weight to lose, we may never have a "slender body". I'd much prefer "your body is healthy and strong. " As for the part about people watching you and liking the attention. I'd prefer: "you feel confident wherever you go", leaving out the part about people watching you. Thank you for your consideration. ☮

Proof is in the pudding. Got up, got busy. I’ve been in a non-mobile funk for about a year. I have been quite productive today and it isn’t even lunch yet! Thank you. Looking forward to seeing what tomorrow brings.

I read the comments while starting. People said they were falling asleep so I had a cup of coffee to listen to the script. Eat meals, few snacks if any in between, then healthier choices. Smaller portions. I've had enough. Eat slowly. Desire to exercise. Food diary. If not hungry, won't want to eat. Taking control of your eating habits.

I really enjoyed this audio! I appreciated the fact that you inserted the negative habits and then changed them into positive behaviors that we want to choose plus adding a lifetime of desired exercise which I really needed! It made it more realistic for me instead of having only the positive behaviors. You have a very pleasant voice which makes it comfortable to listen too. Keep up the great work! Thank you

My dear Tansy. You have a beautiful voice and your hypnosis is wonderful, the visualizations and journeys are beautiful. On comment. As you know, the subconscious mind does not hear negatives like not and no and therefore accepts the words following not as suggestions. Your scripting is full of will not... You may want to eliminate no and nots from your meditations. Otherwise, I love your hypnosis and meditation sessions and listen to many.

I love this one. However, I would value a hypnosis that allows me to enjoy a glass of wine and a few treats so that I don't feel deprived but encourages me to stop eating when I'm starting to feel full up.

Hi I just found this tonight, so I am going to try it for the first time. No one has ever been successful at hypnotizing me, not sure why I can’t get hypnotize. But I’ll try it and it as my bedtime thing sleep through it and see if there’s change in me. I’ll keep doing it for a week every night and will see. I’ll post at the end of the week if I notice any change, it may take longer.

After a lifetime of yo yo dieting and feeling I'm in the last chance saloon I just came across your channel. With nothing to lose but the weight I've been listening to this one a few days.I feel very motivated and different this time with every intention ....no promise to myself never to diet again. Incidentally my vspecial place through the door is a beautiful orangery full of tropical plants, water features and of course the beautiful big mirror ( shabby chic) Instead of the sofa however there is a comfortable hammock that I get on. I can even feel myself gently swaying on it. Thank you so much Tansy for this wonderful gift . I will add to my comments as time goes on to record my lifestyle improvements.❤

Its a beautiful hypnosis. I’m already doing well on my way to improve my relationship with food and excise, yet I love the future self mirror exercise. I do the hypnoses while doing low cardio (kind of walking mediation) Tansy, your voice is really soothing. I would wish you would do a meditation on finding love/ a relationship. I know, it’s not your focus, but I can image your voice just so well for programming myself to feel loved. :)

I’ve been listening to this recording now for nearly four weeks and I can hardly believe how easily I have moved through my days without snacking, without cravings and with more and more energy. I have noticed that I fall asleep sometimes during the tape….is that OK?

Hi Tansy, I started hypnotherapy for the first time watching this video and it worked wonders. I quit my junk food addiction for 13 days and did not crave anything or eat between meals. But now I feel like I'm going back to my old ways. Craving junk food and wanting to eat all the time. What am I doing wrong? Please help me.

I keep looking for hypnosis videos for weight loss and exercise motivation, but only find ones with music. Music is very distracting in a hypnosis video. I am not able to relax and drift deeper when I have to consciously make effort to hear the person's voice (and each word) over the music. I try listening with and without headphones or ear buds; and I try switching ear pieces to different ears to see if there will be any difference. But I still always have to focus on trying to hear the words over the music. Do you have any hypnosis videos without background music?

You have a lovely voice but I found the background music intrusive and jarring. I realise this is a personal taste and some people might find the music helpful to relaxation. Would you consider making a voice only recording?

Tansy Forrest I would love to hear a meditation/hypnosis from you around trauma and PTSD. 1 year ago after I finished 4 long days of ambulance work, I came home tired and at 4am a random and unprovoked female broke into my house and stabbed me multiple times for no good reason. Goodness I’m so sorry to hear this happened to you. Have you considered accessing EMDR trauma therapy for that? It is so helpful after trauma (I’m a clinical psychologist specialising in trauma)

I really enjoyed this video! Very relaxing, calm voice and suggests all the healthy eating and healthy living ideas that I've been trying to achieve. Perfect length. Weight loss sleep hypnosis I have been listening to hypnosis for weight loss that I fall asleep to. It helps me relax, fall asleep quickly and sleep really well. I've lost about 8 lbs so far but I'm kinda stuck there so I decided to try to find other hypnosis videos to mix things up. I really like your style and voice. I find it relaxing. 🙂

I am very interested in hearing your entire video but your voice is so soft that even with my volume at full strength, I can barely hear you. This makes it difficult to listen and relax I always think I am missing something.

Your voice is muffled and your volume varies, sometimes whispering in several areas of this recording, making it difficult to understand.

I have a great hypnosis audio to go to sleep so I expected so much more. This is not hypnosis, it’s a person talking in an almost soothing voice.

I stopped half way to write this. It was good, and I was relaxed and oo , you name your voice suddenly loud. You did this time and time again. I would be relaxed and all of a sudden you snap me out of it. You need to keep your voice the same volume throughout, not up and down. Su h a shame be a use you could do well. I , at the mo ent, need to find a different hypnosis.
