Hytale is being made from the Minecraft server owners hypixel. They added the mini games they created and that's why it has many Minecraft related things.

They are being majority backed by Riot games, makers of League of Legends, they will likely be free, with everything unlockable in-game, but you can buy everything. I can't say for sure that it will be free, but it would be wise to do so.

Those bugs are called Skaraks. You should see the concept art. They have larva, shield skaraks, warrior skaraks (which are the ones that just walk around), locust skaraks (the ones that fly), and the broodmother. Also, this game has been in development since 2015, but this is the first we've seen of it. So I don't think either Minecraft Dungeons or Hytale were inspired by the other. Hytale was definitely inspired by Minecraft, but Dungeons wasn't revealed all that long ago, and this was just revealed about a week ago.

Thats a weird way of thinking. This game was in development for 3 years and inspired by the community and Minecraft. They also learned from their time hosting Hypixel. This game is meant to be used and created by the community. It won't ruin Minecraft, Minecraft is the second biggest game of all time right behind Tetris. Hypixel Studios is making this game based on what we all have wanted and what Minecraft was invisioned to be like by Notch (Before he sold Minecraft to Microsoft).
