The reason why Crash Landing worked is because they used casts that are in their 30's. I'm 41 and I honestly wouldn't have been able to relate if they used lead actors that look delicate and young. The mature casts made me relate more to the story plot thereby making it more realistic enough to go with the flow. Hence, the success of the show is extreme and is very popular even with middle- aged people.

Jonah Spring I agree but wished there was more intimate scenes- to reflect their age in the show. For example: when he had limited time in S-Korea, should have showed them in the bath together enjoying a glass of wine for example. Nothing too raunchy but just that intimacy they both yearned for being together despite all the other shit going on.

@@genie121 I think it's because the Korean society isn't as liberated as others. They're a conservative bunch of people. You're right, a bit more intimacy would've been nicer. Maybe a longer kiss in the end and showing that they've gotten married. Or maybe her meeting up with him every year in Switzerland with her bringing along their twin toddlers and another on the way. I wish the ending was different.

2023 and still watching Everything about CLOY is perfect : the cast , the story showing history , culture , action , drama and comedy in the same time !!! it's a masterpiece that truly deserves more recognition cloy is indeed, the absolute best k-drama of ALL TIME hatts off to all the cast ❤🙌 wish we can see another masterpiece as great as cloy one day and we would love to see binjin in another project !!! I still remember starting to ship HB & SYJ the moment I walked out of cinema watching "The negotiation" 4-5 years back. Even though HB & SYJ only had 1 common scene together and the movie is action genre, their chemistry was so crazy that I thought their character were gonna end up together (they didn't). So happy that they are expecting their first child in real life now!

Ahhh... today at 1:20am finished watching crash landing on you.... literally Cried for an hour....the ending was bittersweet....yet one of my fav kdrama ever...and here came after their marriage...even they are expecting baby....they are literally one of the best couple in k-industry!!!
