Regional in the UK would be the area in the UK one lives in, for example we live in what’s called Meridian Region this allows the radio to give us area specific news.

Thanks, great help in deciding what to buy. From watching things like this I can take my time and pretty much I think the ioniq is my preferred choice over the Leaf, but its really the paddles I like.

I talked to a sale rep from our local Hyundai dealer, and got to drive an Ioniq for 20km, which is as close as I've come to getting the Kona I have been waiting for. They are only going to import 80 cars in the first batch (end of March) which are almost all reserved. The next shipment is in June. I live in Victoria, Australia, and we are very backward in challenging the status quo as far as transport and our environment is concerned. SO frustrating, especially after watching all of your informative videos.

Ordered one in Melbourne last month, delivery August. Hardest option to get is the stone grey upholstery. Six months wai tif you want this ceramic blue and white roof. Too long!

Thank you as always for this most pertinent information. I live in Canada and frequently take long range road trips in my gasoline vehicle, can I use the Kona EV. to take successive 100 % charges to take me 1800 Kms? on a long range road trip? Or am I limited to numerous and repetitive charges at no more than 80% per charge. Thank you. Gene

No, you cannot 1800km without charging. 400km the most. Then charging stops from 10-73%. Multiple ones.

Thank you for your kind reply. Have you been able to travel 400 Kim’s. at highway speeds ( 95-100 KMPH) and get 400 kms on a single charge? Regards and thanks. Gene

At 90 kmh in the summer you can drive almost 500km. At 130 kmh in the winter under 300km.
