Rather than shooting air up and pushing debris up you can pull the interior panel and get access to the tube and pull it off and shoot the air out the bottom or run a wire through it.

Indeed a lot easier: The panel of the console left to the passenger's feet can easily be pulled off and you see the entire tube.

I’ve tried a straw wire and compressed air the air flows right through the drain hose but still have the issue when I run the ac any other idea on how to fix it?

Drain tube may have come disconnected. Seating in passenger seat there is a plastic cover by your left foot. Under the dashboard on the side of the center counsel. Pull the cover off and check for a the tube disconnected. May need flashlight.
