Oh that's nice. I want to put some body filler on that to smooth out the layer lines and paint it so bad. I might have to print one myself.

I had some PLA that was stringing badly, so I dried the filament and after that it worked fine. I had some Drierite, which I recharged by heating in the oven. I made the drying box by putting weather stripping around the lip of a plastic case. A few days in the drying box and the PLA didn't string anymore.

Wow that is sweet. I 3d printed a Saturn V rocket with lighted plume. On my channel but this is fantastic and massive. Awesome job. Printing and assembly is so much fun. Left a like beautiful job

I have to say love your Tesla channel before while waiting for my Cybertruck. I picked up my YLR in June of 2022 and love it. I am just getting around to printing the Starship and Booster in 1/96 scale on my Prusa MK4. This is one impressive model especially so, that you can just print the modifications as they come out from SpaceX. Just debating on printing just the OLM or the tower too.

I’m curious, about to embark on this print and wondered if you had any advice on infill and speed settings to get the results you achieved. Did you generate supports under the wing attach points or the tube supports inside? Also not sure if I should use a skirt, brim or raft. Those weren’t mentioned in the video which I probably have watched a hundred times haha thanks!

Only one small issue. You'll need a 3d print that is 30 feet wide.

About $90 worth of plastic, but that’s not where the price comes from. It takes a month to print this many parts. That is a lot of time to dedicate to one model.
