No, it has nothing to do with my actual body... it has to do with my twins DNA/cells. My genetic makeup doesn't fully agree with my twins genetic makeup and would like to clear from my body.

That's exactly what I said. Did I say something wrong? Some organs have your twins makeup, and some yours. Your genetic makeup is trying to clear, aka get rid of, your other half, aka your twin's DNA since it's a foreign matter to your body, like organ donation. Correct me if I'm wrong. I learned about this in my nursing course in university and that's how I came across your video.

Chimeras of male / female do happen. Not impossible at all. You've heard of hermaphrodites? Well, they fused at a later stage than Chimeras which is why both organs are visible.

Maybe the most famous case of chimerism was a woman from Texas named Lydia Fairchild. She was applying for child support, which required both parents take a DNA test. Her DNA was meant as a control, but the test results said she was not the mother of her children. She was accused to trying to claim benefits for someone else's children despite having hospital records for their births. Prosecutors tried to have her children taken away. She happened to be pregnant at the time, so a judge ordered a witness be present at the birth and a sample be taken immediately. That DNA test also said she was not the mother. She was further accused of running a surrogacy scam. Fortunately her lawyer saw a news report about chimerism and suggested that might be what happened to his client. Because she had two different sets of DNA, the samples taken from the usual places like skin were not parental matches. However, when the labs used a DNA sample taken from her cervix, it was a perfect parental match.

Saw another story on this before. A woman almost had her kids taken away because a DNA test showed they weren't hers. She swore they were and short ending she found out she was a chimera and that her children were technically her twin sister's because she had both hers and her sister's DNA. My youngest son absorbed his twin sister inutero when I was 3 months pregnant. He has 2 completely different ears, 2 different feet, 3 kidneys and he went through a phase between the age of 3-4 he only wanted to play with girl toys. We allowed it & the phase past. He is a happy functioning 21 yr old now.

I feel the same way. Especially because of how the remaining twin seems to almost miss her when she was asking questions as a child. She also refers to her "my sister" so much. I did find myself feeling sad for the twin because she is now kind of alive but not alive at the same time. It's like her sister is living for her which is bittersweet.

When I was 2 years old, I had a tumor the size of a grapefruit in my right ovary. I was the younger person in Florida to have a tumor that big. And I thank God everyday that iam alive. I'm 13 btw

My friend had that when we were 11 and in 6th grade, and she had to have the whole ovary removed. It was a cyst, though, not a tumor; although it was the same size as yours. She actually had to have two surgeries because the doctors originally thought it was appendicitis, but after cutting her open, her appendix was fine, so they stitched her back up and did more tests until they found the cyst. Another friend had a cyst on her ovary in high school, although the pain was on the other side from where the cyst was, called "referred pain".

That happened to me! -The only things that are different are that one of my eyes is a slight bit smaller than the other. -One Of my eyes is a slight bit lighter than the other. -I have more freckles on one side of my face.

My twin was identical so I'm not chimeric, so while I have a few spare bits (three kidneys, extra rows of teeth, additional heart chamber, etc) they're all a perfect fit to my DNA because we were to be identical. This is fascinating to see what could have been, were we not!
