Nariyal Chutney:
Nariyal - 1 (medium size)
Phutana - ½ cup
Kadi Patta - 1 sprig
Green Chili - 2
Adrak - 1/2 inch
Namak- as per taste
Jeera - 1 tsp
Dahi - 2 tbsp
Water - 2 tbsp
Dhaniya - handful
Tadka: Oil - 1 tbsp
Sarso - 1 tsp
Urad dal - ½ tsp
Hing - 1 pinch
Curry Leaf - 4-5
Haldi - ¼ tsp
Lal Mirch - 2

Peanut Chutney:
Mungphali - ½ cup
Nariyal - 1 tbsp
Namak - as per taste
Lal Mirch - 6
Lehsun - 5
Jeera - ½ tsp
Imli Paste - 2 tbsp
Pani - ½ cup
For Tadka - Oil - 1 tbsp
Sarso - 1 tsp
Urad dal - ½ tsp
Lal Mirch - 2
Curry leaves - 4-5
Haldi - ¼ tsp
Gudd - 1 tsp
