Dear Jason! Last night I had the most beautiful dream! I fell asleep while listening to this video and in my dream there was peaceful 'monk' saying these affirmations to me and then I would repeat them! I asked him if he had been with me all along. And he replied yes! Apparently he was studying for his PhD but would make time out to visit me every day and tell me these affirmations! I gave him such big hug! When I woke up I was looking for the monk! I was so confused! Then, I heard the soft music coming from my phone and then I realized it had all been a dream! I can still feel the joy and pure love from that hug! Thank you so much Jason for all you do to bless our existence on this planet! Namaste!🙏

Thank you so much Jason. You are absolutely amazing at what you do. I have tried other meditations and they are okay but there's something about your voice. Not only is it very sexy, but it's so soothing and you are the only person I can stay asleep too. I started meditations about 2 years ago and I never had a full night's sleep. I now can sleep throughout the night, when my cats not being crazy lol, I have moved away from a town that I could never bring myself to leave, got engaged, and finally got clean after so many failed attempts of over 20 years of drug addiction. I could not and would not have done any of these things if it weren't for you!!! You changed my life for me and millions of others and for that I will be forever grateful!! THANK YOU!!!! I completely agree its over glamorized as many spiritual things are .. in reality the spiritual path is one of alot of inner work and healing and letting go of all the glamor and lables .. Finding your way to your own inner stillness and being able to listen thru all the distactions and chatter .. At least in my experience this has been the first and most important and challenging of steps.. because without it nothing else will be in true resonance with your sou1.. This meditation is so beautiful. The soundtrack is gorgeous. I love the synthesized orchestra harmonics. Many soundtracks are lacking or have minor tones and portray suspense or sadness. This is done properly and is very effective and emits positive tones. I love it! Thank you!
