Whats up. Just found from a video Opie did. LOVE DialbolikDVD. My goto for everything if they get. I know they will actually pack the items and customer service is amazing. I don't order ANYTHING from Arrow directly after 1 time and received a box open with no packing whatsoever. 10 e-mails later, got a replacement. Amazon, guaranteed to get damaged. No packing. Same with Best Buy. So it's great to have a company that you can expect to get properly. Wish there was more. Love that they get some exclusives as well. Like slips that only they get.

Diabolik is awesome! I've been ordering from them for a few years now. I always pre order thru them when I can, just today I received the Arrow releases of Re-Animator and the Battles without Honor and Humanity set before thier release date. I was going to mention the George Romero set but you already knew, I have it pre ordered thru them as well. One time I had a package get lost, I ordered Buckaroo Banzai from them, it never came so I messaged them thru Facebook and they sent another one out right away. There's been a few times I've had questions and I would just ask them thru Facebook messenger. One time they noticed that my profile pic was from MST3K, I guess their fans as well and we ended up having a conversation about the new episodes on Netflix,lol. I can't imagine this happening with someone from Amazon. Anyway nice to see you back, sorry for the long comment. 📼

Great video and great content. Your collection is amazing! Just wanted to let you know about another company that has EXCELLENT customer service. A while back I ordered the Vestron Video Collector's Series blu ray of "The Unholy". Much to my chagrin, the blu came without a slipcover. Every other Vestron release I've gotten has had a slipcover. So I was a little bummed. So...I contacted the company. They said that their supplier only shipped about a third of the movies to them with slipcovers. However, they said they would see what they could do. Shortly thereafter, they sent me another email telling me that they had contacted the distributor and were sending out slipcovers to EVERYONE who had ordered the movie and hadn't gotten one. Sure enough, the next week, I got it! Taking the extra time and effort just to track down and send out slipcovers to everyone who ordered the movie? Now that's going the extra mile!!! The company's name is Bull Moose. I HIGHLY recommend them!!! Their preorders don't go up until about a month before the release dates, BUT they ship everything as it becomes available. They don't wait till all of your preorders come in and then ship them all at the same time. PLUS, a lot of the time, their prices are better than Amazon and other reputable sites. Once again, Bull Moose. Check them out!!!

I have dealt with DiabolikDVD.com for a few months now, and you are right they do have excellent customer service. I have never had a problem dealing with them, they are truly a customer first kind of company.
