Instructions for the daily affirmations for mental health and anxiety disorder:
1) Find a comfortable environment either sitting or laying down, preferably you may use your headphones but isn't necessary.
2) Focus your attention on replaying the affirmations in your mind or out loud after each one. This will cement these ideas more deeply into the subconscious mind. After some time you won't have to consciously replay the words anymore.
3) Use daily. Best time to use these affirmations for mental health and healing are within the first 20 minutes upon waking up in the morning and the last 20 minutes prior to sleep. These are the moments where we must use the power of neuroplasticity to embed the new belief systems that will lead us to healing our mental health and anxiety disorder.

I woke up this morning and felt anxiety creeping up inside of me. Instead of panicking or trying to fight it, I simply recited the affirmation “Thank you for the protection, but it is not needed right now”. That, along with accepting it instead of fighting made the anxious feelings disappear instantly. Did this twice this morning and it helped so much. Thank you Dennis, so glad I found your channel!

Find the root cause. My root cause was deficiency of vitamins which was caused by a toxic unhappy relationship. I listened to this and cried like a baby! Now my anxiety is way less. I feel better.

Thank you so much for this message. I’ve been dealing with depersonalization and derealization, along with anxiety and depression now. Trying to take new vitamins, do yoga and eat healthy but it feels hard at times. I just want to feel like myself again. I’m praying this truly is just a weird phase and I reconnect with myself and others like I know I can… ❤

Reading your coment made me feel for second relieved i not on my own,i had covid in august,and ever since i been strugling with anxiety and feeling not my self ever since.Awful ferling.I trying work so hard to get my"happy me" back,but it's so hard! Hi I recently listened to one of Dennis video where he mentioned taking St John’s Wort in the past, because I don’t like taking prescribed medication for anxiety or depression, I decided to give it a try,together with other coping advice he mentions in other videos & I am truly excited!!! I finally feel I am on my way to healing. Example I get very anxious if I have to be in a car if it’s only the driver & myself .This is a trigger for me asI had a Panic attack there during a very stressful time in my life ,the last 2 days I was able to sit in the back seat with just my son as the driver & didn’t feel panic,for me this is a HUGE!!! deal. I have a Dr’s appointment tomorrow & I am excited that I don’t have to take the bus for the first time in a very long time. I felt compelled to share my story with you after reading your comments as I BELIEVE you can get better . Ps. I plan on adding Ashwaghanda to take with the St John’s Wort. I friend you are currently taking antidepressants please Do Not take the St John’s until it is completely out of your system. God Bless.

My mom passed away 2 years ago since back then I've been depressed and every day it's really hard to cope with it I started exercising and tried to divert myself but by the Eod it was not working so I decided to start my freelance journey I was feeling 50% better and then another strategy took place my grandfather passed away he was my mentor and everything I ever imagined all I felt was broken & alone. Now it's almost 3 years I have insomnia, fatigue, depression heaviness in my chest & my stomach gets upset whenever I think about this stuff & I'm losing interest in things that I used to enjoy like sports and my freelance thing I got thinking like what after I become successful no one is there to watch me then why I should struggle. since they passed I never stopped wondering what would I give to have them back for just one more day If that happened what I would say? I'd say your love made me who I am today and despite the darkness, I still carry your light inside me every single day so will I do father.

I stopped taking antidepressants and I feel like they messed up my head bad. Idk if I’m healing but I hope to heal in the next couple of months. It’s hard dealing with horrible feelings in my head everyday. Side effects the psychiatrist said of the medication. Only time will tell if I’ll heal. And god

Thank you for all your videos. I am here because of Covid long haul issues. A lot is it’s own thing and the other is my nervous system out of wack like many others. Your voice and videos are a great option to go to when I’m in pure panic. You help me get through this. I thank you so very much. Also, adding another girl who had post Covid issues in 2021 like me, recommended I listen to your videos and I have on and off since. i recently experienced this and after going to doctors to rule out other things the instability went away slowly. i think my brain was running faster than my body. im just commenting to let you know youre not alone and i felt this too

@@tvlasova31 I’m still working on it. But I know when I’m sitting and distracted, it’s not there. I like to play video games tbh so when I do that, I don’t notice it. For now I’m just doing things to distract myself. It just sucks tho cause sometimes it doenst work. When I get up sometimes I feel super dizzy in my head.

Honest question, please answer me honestly. What are your daily levels of anxiety now compared to the first years you were diagnosed? Are you still suffering? Does it get better? yeah when i first started and didn’t have an idea what was going on it was much worse, now i still have times where it is not great but it is overall getting much better, i used to have anxiety once a day, now i have it once every 1-2 weeks

Many years ago I chanted positive affirmations day in day out. I felt so much better which I loved and appreciated, then my eight year old grandson died . All my hard work was decimated and I feared feeling good ever again, as though I have no right and that my feeling good was jinxed?

I love all your content. A couple of these affirmations struck me as strange and wondering if you can clarify. “I will no longer sacrifice my own energy for the sake of others.” - we should be more others focused, more loving others. Sacrificing for the sake of others is healthy, and meaningful as long as you are also taking care of yourself as well. The second one “I can do this journey alone without the support from others.” I 150% disagree with this statement. I’m not sure what’s meant by it, but we are not meant to bear our burdens alone. We are made for community, and isolation and not reaching out to others will cause you to go backwards in healing. Would love some clarification here because I love the vast vast majority of your content, but these don’t seem in line with steps towards positive transformation. Blessings to you! 1) Meaning, I won’t give my focus and energy out freely to anyone who’s simply looking to pull me into their emotional world. 2) Meaning, any kind of outside support is a bonus in regards to the decision I’ve made to take full responsibility of this healing journey that I’m personally on. ​@@TheAnxietyGuy1I have been suffering with anxiety for many years I have tried medication and multiple meditations, I came off the medication two years ago and I was doing well up untill the past few months anxiety has kept back into my life, I have got through the past couple of weeks listening to your affirmations and other videos on your Chanel they have helped me so much and I now practice daily thank you so much for the wisdom and the help on my journey for peace and wellness mentally and physically 😊

Great video. Really and truly but I had been listen to this at night and I noticed my anxiety actually getting worse. I also have tinnitus but wanted to know if I should stop listening at night or wait it out cause that’s the process?

I have tinnitus too. I would listen without earbuds if possible. They have earbuds now that don't go loud for tinnitus.

Dennis I’m having trouble sleeping !!!! 😭😭😭 the anxiety won’t let me ! I can try to fall asleep but I feel wierd sensations in my body ! 😭😭😭

@@fashion992 buddy be excited for your recovery this really helps Listen and repeat affirmations. Try to see everything with some positive approach . Try to give some time to the things you used to enjoy doing as a child In my case I listen to nursery rhymes 😂 whenever I feel anxious I am improving day by day It will take time but will be worth it
