Just to clarify the power of that last spell: In the previous atomic spells, the purple bubble had a small range, focused on the main targets, but the blast was huge and covered a massive portion of the cities. But THIS bubble covers practically the whole city. Leads one to believe that this could have not just taken out the city, but a huge chunk of the kingdom as well had he not directed the blast up towards the clouds.

This man was a menace, the alpha sigma, and the most disrespectful part was he wasn't going at them 100; he was toying with them. The funny part is that he got under Iris's skin and made her agitated to use a Mythril blade. That was a crutch; the girl wasn't confident about how evil this man played mind games.
