Oh he’s totally playing into it, he constantly feeds into the jokes. I’m pretty sure he saw all of the memes of people duetting him and holding their breath for so long and he made a video where he put the breath in and breath out much closer together. These people prey on ignorance, boredom, naïveté and young people. It’s sad that someone would think to exploit people who are like that and can see it as a way to profit, it when you think about it- most companies of the world are like that Rage bait only makes me angry now in the sense that the people who are reacting so angrily to it not only believe it but also believe that everyone else is like that. Like the ones that try to make you angry at a certain gender, race, political party etc. The people who fall for it are then convinced that all the people of that race or gender etc are doing the same things. It only serves to divide us under the guise of manufactured racism, classism, sexism, etc. It just creates all this more anger over nothing and for nothing. William's actually pretty alright from what I've seen - he's gone along with quite a few of the memes on him, stuff like the "Breathe in" jokes everyone made (playing more into it, or remembering to say it after already starting to talk) or the comparisons to a JoJo character (dressed in a full-ass cosplay of Father Pucci that was genuinely great). I think he even talked about the lady that he atomized at some point? Not sure.
