Yes, it was the CFA exam, one of the most notoriously difficult exams out there. It requires around 300 hrs of studying per section. Pretty sure in recent years the pass rate for all three sections has been below 10%

Honestly, if you work in finance, you really DO be feelin that way about excel. We fucking LOVE excel. And I'll be honest, I LOVE my job. I don't personally understand the idea of needing to do a job that is your EVERYTHING. I love doing my job, and being able to turn the computer off, and start with my home life. This is actually something I've learned in therapy! Even dressing into something else, even a different pair of pjs, can help you feel like you're being productive. If you change into a tshirt and pants, or perhaps a dress, and then sit around all day, you'll still feel better than if you didn't change at all. Fun little brain hack :)

I clicked this video expecting it to be about some manosphere alpha bro type dbag but he’s super wholesome . That actually sounds like a dream to me. I'm autistic and I have ADHD, and I work retail. It's a daily nightmare for me. I wish I could get out but I don't even have a degree. I dropped out of college after 4 years because I got super burned out. I still had another year to go. :(

People like Davis are what makes workplace an instant realm of positive vibes. I had a manager who had pretty much the same persona and wouldn't push us to get the job done, but rather provide us with the motivation needed to outpace the usual flow and efforts. There's better equilibrium in work-life balance now. God bless them both, I wish the world can have more of these legends.
