I attracted a new life with daily meditation before sleep. Got my driver license on first try. Both test and drive test. I forgot the miserable past and started living in the present. I appreciate you addressing your comment to me, it is personal to me. The author of the video makes his statements personal to him by "I" statements rather than "YOU" statements. My conscious and unconscious mind hear the author selfishly affirming to himself. The author may not have ment to be selfish, but in the world according to me, the author is speaking to the author. I use headphones to play this right B4 bed , I am careful not to fall asleep but if I do fall asleep is ok. In the morning I continue to hear it. I go about my day still hearing it. I'm on 48 hours of Only hearing this audio. Results started to show 8hours later. B4 I began to play this video I was depressed discouraged overwhelmed sad and low self-esteem. Now I feel so so so much better and positive. Give it a try. You can't stop until you are automatically thinking positive.

I realized that while you and I were speaking these affirmations they feel like I already know this I have been applying it in my life and inner myself. I just didn't give myself any credit for it. I accept change now I am getting out of my own way. My mind is free of negative self talk. I am done with all self sabotage. I can't believe we have all this power but something inside told us the opposite. I will be my own best friend from now on. And my inner child childhood shel is a badass. Before I listen this affirmations, I am so depressed that I think I can not even go outside, I spent most of my time at home sleeping or do nothing. I was so suffering. After listening two days, I felt much better, I think I deserve a better life. So I went to another city to meet my best friend. we went to the cars show and had diner. And this made me more depressed because my son can feel that energy. I feel ready to give up sometimes. So I decided to do some affirmations again, it has been SO long since I've done ANY self love/self care. I put this one on last night and today was like a dream! I felt this boost of energy, this overwhelming excitement for life again. It was shocking how good I felt! I pulled out a notebook I haven't used in a year, jotted down some daily goals. It was all just sort of happening! I can't really explain it, like I was this new person with this sudden zest for life! I went and signed up for MMA classes, and knocked out the goal list like a boss, it was so remarkable considering how utterly depressed I have been. So, yes, I'm right there with you, my friend! And I'm grateful for this video and I'm grateful to you as well for sharing this comment about your personal struggle. I really needed to hear that because I've never related to anything more, so thank you! 🙏
