About your gemstore comment at approximately 34min. Devs don't make gemstore skins. Outside contractors create those. That also explains why they don't really fit the games aesthetics like earnable ingame skins the devs make.

Look. This game has p2w elements not gonna lie, it's true. BUT you don't have to pay any money and still be competitive in the game. There are Hard Caps that F2P players can reach without even playing more than a few hours everyday. Last thing the game has changed a lot and it's still changing NCsoft contrary to all beliefs have been easing down pay2win. But Force wouldn't know that since he hasn't played the game and uses outdated videos and sources. But don't trust me play it on release, it's free and you'll see it's pretty far away from bad.
